ABOUT ME

Creative content maker – author – healer; I am the finely-woven cloth of decades-old adventure. My life journey has taken me across country and given me experiences that I had only envisioned in my daydreams. I continue in this incredible voyage of self-discovery, healing, and creative/artistic projects.

Some of my creative projects have been with the band Zolar X and Sky Spirit Shamans. My holistic training has included hypnosis, life coaching, and Shamanic Practitioner training. My life’s work can be summarized in exploring and healing the relationship with self, the pursuit of the creative expression and how it relates to healing, and community.
